Good Morning Construction is a hands-on, client-focused home remodeling contractor serving DuPage County and the Western Chicago Suburbs. As a small, family-run business, we take on one project at a time and self-perform 90% of the work ourselves, allowing us to deliver consistently high-quality results on an efficient timeline.
We value clear communication, skilled craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. By doing the work ourselves—from start to finish—we make sure every detail is done right and that you’re always in the loop.
Working on one project at a time is a focused approach which means fewer delays, no rotating crews, and a much smoother remodeling experience. Most bathrooms are completed in about 2 weeks, and kitchens in around 4 weeks—without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. We also offer comprehensive design services to guide material selections, layout planning, and more.

- Comprehensive Design Services – It can be overwhelming and difficult to figure out what materials to select in a renovation. We have a dedicated designer (Naomi Bjerk) who meets with clients to support their vision and help to pick out materials that will work well together and are quality products to ensure long-lasting results.
- Custom Cabinetry Solutions – We work directly with an Amish custom cabinetmaker to meet our clients exact vanity and kitchen desires. Because we work direct with no middle-man, we can provide excellent value for a very high quality product.

With a passion for homes, building, and quality craftsmanship, Brian Scurtu & Jacob Bjerk started Good Morning Construction to provide high quality remodeling services in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, specifically Wheaton, Naperville, West Chicago and all of Dupage county.
