Remodeling Older Glen Ellyn Homes
A remodel in an older home takes more planning than one in new construction. Walls may not be square, plumbing and wiring may need updating once they’re opened up, and the design should respect the home’s character. We plan for these from the start, order materials before demo so the job doesn’t stall, and keep you informed if we find something behind the walls. We also pull every required permit and don’t start work until it’s approved.
